Bigger is Better

Hey, there. I just want to take a quick moment to show you something. Do you have some empty wall space and you're not sure how to fill it up? Would you like to have some beautiful artwork of your family on display to admire everyday? I'm going to show you a couple of examples to show you that bigger truly is better, when it comes to wall art anyway.
Below is an image of a room with a large canvas gallery. The one on the left is 20x30 and the one on the right is a 30x40. This is beautiful! This is not even my own family and I would adore this if I could see this everyday.

Below is another option, although not quite as large. These represent two 16x20 barnwood frames. If you can't make a statement with a super large gallery, try a smaller size in a unique, thick frame for interest.

Below is my last example to prove my point. On the left is the ever so popular and "large" 8x10 canvas and on the right is a 15x10 canvas to complete the gallery.

Now, don't get me wrong, 8x10s and other small prints may have their place in smaller spaces and in albums, but if you truly want something to admire I recommend pieces no smaller than 12x18.
It is so worth it to hire a professional photographer that can help you choose art pieces for your home. At Rachael Jackson Photography, I can do that for you. I have the technology to use actual photos of your walls at home and virtually place various sized portraits on them. I can help you choose a layout, various kinds of products and which portraits to put in your home. I have traditional canvases and frames. I have specialty items like heirloom wood blocks and barnwood frames as well.
